1. CRAN No. 2 of 2024 is an application for relaxation of condition of bail under Section 483(1)(b) of the B. N. S.S., 2023.

2. The petitioner says that the charge-sheet has been submitted and he has been complying with the conditions.

3. Learned advocate for the State submits that there is no adverse report against the petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, the condition for grant of bail is waived to the extent that the petitioner will not be required to meet the Officer-in-Charge, Bagdogra Police Station once in a month. However, the petitioner shall make himself available before the learned jurisdictional court on each and every date to be fixed by the learned court, subject to Section 355 of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
