Report submitted by the State in terms of order dated 7th November, 2025 is taken on record.

The petitioner is alleged to have committed murder. In terms of the report submitted by the State the remaining witnesses being CSW 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 are to be examined on November 15, 2025. The trial of the case is on the verge of completion.

In such circumstances, it would not be proper to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage of trial.

Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected.

CRM (M) 275 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
