The petitioner seeks bail.

However, it is rightly contended by learned counsel for the State that the nature of the offence does not entitle the petitioner to ask for bail. Moreover, from a prior refusal of bail to the petitioner vide order dated July 06, 2023 by a coordinate Bench, it appears that the ground for refusal was the grave nature of the offence, that is, the petitioner allegedly induced the victim to elope with him with the promise to marry and thereafter sold her for prostitution.

Moreover, we do not find any considerable change of circumstance after the previous refusal of bail on July 06, 2023 to entitle the petitioner to renew his prayer. 4.

Accordingly, CRM (DB) 530 of 2023 is dismissed. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.) (Uday Kumar, J.)
