Relaxation of condition of bail, granted on 24th September, 2025 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, is sought by the petitioners.

It is submitted that the petitioners are living in a hotel accommodation for nine months and they cannot afford the same any further.

Counsel for the State submits that the petitioners have been abiding by the conditions of bail.

Let a report be submitted by the Investigating Officer of the case as regards the compliance of conditions of bail and also the stage of investigation.
