It is the grievance of the petitioners that petitioners have made a representation before the respondent No. 2 for redressal of his grievance, on 14th May, 2022 through his advocate which has not yet been considered.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 2812 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties within eight weeks from the date of communication of his order.
