Learned counsel for the petitioner states that inadvertently in the petition P.S. Case has been mentioned 271 of 23024 in place of 217 of 2024. 2.

Learned counsel submits that, therefore, in the order also P.S. Case No has been mentioned as 271 of 2024. Learned counsel submits that same may be corrected. 3.

Learned counsel for the State has fairly submitted that it is a typographical error.

I have gone through the record. The charge sheet filed also indicates the P.S. Case 217 of 2024.

In the circumstances let the correction be carried out in order dated 11th September, 2025 as P.S. Case as 217 of 2024 instead of 271 of 2024. Remaining contents of the order remains the same.
