Present petition has been filed for recalling in WPA in Session Case No.292 of 2023 arising out of GR Case No.56 of 2015 of Dhupguri P.S. Case No.07/2014. Admittedly, the petitioner has not approached the concerned court for recall of the warrant as provided under Section 72 sub-section (2) of the BNSS, 2023.

Let the petitioner invoke the jurisdiction of the learned concerned court, the learned concerned court shall dispose of the application in accordance with the law.
