It appears that the writ petitioner no.2 is one of the Directors and General Manager of Jalpaiguri Hoteliers & Trading Private Limited. The said company has not been impleaded as the petitioner in this case and instead the writ petition has been filed by the trade name of the Company as petitioner no.1.

The writ petition is not maintainable in its present form.

Accordingly, WPA of is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner no.2 to file afresh.
