Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner handover a server copy of the order passed in CRR 236 of 2022 wherein certain directions were passed by this court.

The present writ petition according to the petitioner has subsequently become infructuous on merits as the revisional application has taken care of the situation for which the petitioner at the relevant point of time preferred the instant writ petition.

Learned advocate for the state is present and submits that state is not interested to file the affidavit-in-opposition.

In view of the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner and the changed circumstances pursuant to the order passed in CRR 236 of 2022, I am of the view that no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition.

Accordingly WPA 2823 of 2022 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
