The petitioner and the respondent no.11 are legally married couple. Currently, the relationship between the parties is acrimonious. Parties are residing separately. The minor child of the parties is in the custody of the mother, the private respondent herein. The petitioner intends to visit his child.

I am afraid that the prayer made by the petitioner cannot be considered by the writ court.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum for remedy, if so advised.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
