The petitioner claims to be the helper of the vehicle from which huge quantity of Ganja was recovered.

Considering the quantum of contraband recovered from the vehicle and also taking into consideration that the petitioner was the helper of the vehicle carrying such a huge quantity of contraband articles, I am not in a position to return the finding that the petitioner was not involved in the case of dealing with contraband.

Under such circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected. 5.

CRM(NDPS) 415 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
