Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this was a cross case arising out of the land dispute. Learned counsel submits that petitioner had also suffered injury.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner assaulted the victim and head injury was suffered.

The Court has considered the submissions.

Injury was on the vital part whereby the offence is stated to be occurred.

The Court considered this case is not fit for pre arrest bail.

This application is dismissed.
