The writ petition stood disposed of by the Court on 1st October, 2024. The same has been mentioned by the learned advocate appearing for the private respondent to draw the attention of the Court to the activity of the petitioner after disposal of the writ petition.

It has been submitted that despite order passed by the Court refusing the prayer of the petitioner seeking permission to perform the Durga Puja, bamboos have been stocked for raising construction of the pandal and other structures. 3.
Learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner submits that she is bound to act in accordance with the order passed by the Court. It has
been denied that any bamboo structure is being constructed.

As the writ petition has already been disposed of, no further order is being passed save and except that the Officer-in-Charge, Sahebganj Police Station shall ensure that no construction for performing the Puja is made at the subject plot of land being L.R. Dag No. 455, R.S. Dag No. 424.

Learned advocate appearing for the State respondents is directed to communicate this order to the Officer-in-Charge, Sahebganj Police Station. 6.
