For alleged contemnor Pursuant to the rule issued by this Court on 03.01.2025 (Item No. 1) (AB) December 13, 2024, Sri Samar Chandra Mandal, District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) Cooch Behar is present personally before this Court today. At the outset the alleged contemnor tenders his unqualified apology before this Court and submits that if there is any act of contempt the same may be pardoned by this Court. The apology is accepted by this Court. Mr. Sanjib Das, learned advocate appearing for the contemnor submits a compliance report, the same is taken on record. Copy has been served upon Mr. Zakir Hossain, learned advocate on record for the petitioner. Annexure R - 3 at page 12 to the compliance report shows that the reasoned order has already been passed on September 24, 2024 by the contemnor in favour of the petitioner.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in this contempt proceeding.

The personal appearance of the alleged contemnor stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, this contempt proceeding being W.P.C.R.C. 9 of 2024 stands dropped and closed. The Rule issued stands discharged.

The contempt application being W.P.C.R.C. 9 of 2024 accordingly stands disposed of.
