Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor.

Perused the case diary, the statement of witnesses and post-mortem report. There are incriminating materials against the present petitioner. The offence is serious in nature.

Considering the seriousness of offences, we are not inclined to exercise discretion in his favour. As such, his prayer for bail is refused. The application for bail being CRM(DB) 373 of 2022, is accordingly, dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to consider charge within one month from date.
