The instant matter is listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" since some typographical errors occurred in the judgment dated 19.08.2025 as passed in connection with CRR 373 of 2024 with CRR 291 of 2025. In page No. 12, paragraph no. 30 in the 3rd line and in the 6th line from the top of the said judgment dated 19.08.2025, the letters „s‟ have been wrongly typed instead of letters „r‟.

In view of such, in the said lines of paragraph no. 30 of the aforementioned judgment, the letters „s‟ are deleted and in its place the letters „r‟ are inserted. 3.

It is further noticed that in the self-same judgment in the last line of paragraph no. 36, the figure „2024‟ is wrongly typed instead of the figure „2025‟.

In view of such, the figure „2024‟ is hereby deleted and

in its place the figure „2025‟ is inserted.

Necessary corrections in this regard are made by me in Court today.

Let this order be treated as the part of the judgment dated 19.08.2025.
