The accused Sanjay Bhattacharjee has been arrested on 13.12.2023.

The Investigating Officer of Matigara Police Station is wholly inefficient. He should be transferred at least 500 kilometres away from his present posting in the State of West Bengal.

The mobile phone of the wife of the accused person which was given by her voluntarily to the police and subsequently it transferred to C.I.D., is to be handed over by C.I.D. to the lady being the wife of

the accused person by three days from date against proper receipt.

Now, time has come to use the old hackneyed phrase, as the matter is going to be disposed of, that 'law will take its own course'.

The report filed by the C.I.D. signed by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Siliguri, C.I.D., West Bengal is kept on record.
