1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the instant revisional application has been filed assailing the proceeding in connection with Ptn/R-501 of 2024 dated 29.08.2024 pending before the Learned Executive Magistrate Jalpaiguri.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has shown the order dated 2nd January, 2025 passed by the Learned Executive Magistrate, Jalpaiguri wherein the case was dropped due to non-appearance.

3. Considering the prayer, the instant revisional application stands dismissed being withdrawn.

4. Connected application also stands disposed of accordingly.

5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
