Heard the learned Counsels for both the parties. We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code. There are ample materials implicating the petitioner in the sexual assault of the minor and other offences of minor.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. According, the application being CRM (A) 591 of 2022 is rejected.
