Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the complainant are neighbour to each other and disputes occurred over raising of construction. Learned counsel submits that other co-accused have been admitted to bail by the learned trial court.

Learned counsel for the State has submitted that there are three injured however the injuries suffered were simple in nature.

The submissions made indicate that it was not a premeditated offence the weapon used was bamboo stick.

Taking into account, facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is pre-arrest bail on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupess Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to the conditions that petitioner shall join the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer and shall not threaten, intimidate or tamper the witnesses in any manner whatsoever.

The application for anticipatory bail is thus, disposed of. 6.
