Heard the learned Counsels for both the parties. We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the minor victim. The minor implicated the petitioner, who is a close relative, in the sexual assault. Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. According, the application being CRM (A) 594 of 2022 is rejected.
