Heard the learned Counsels for both the parties. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses prima facie show petitioner was involved in misappropriation of a large sum of money belonging to a society. Custodial interrogation is necessary for progress of investigation and recovery of stolen money.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

According, the application being CRM (A) 595 of 2022 is rejected.
