Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.
The investigations are, inter alia, under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Apparently, the victim suffered grievous hurt when the victim was admitted.
Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners there as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
C.R.M. (A) 599 of 2022 is, thus disposed of.
