Inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 18th November, 2025 mentioning the names of the learned advocates for the State as <Mr. Abhijit Sarkar and Mr. Dhiman Sil= in place and stead of <Mr. Nilay Chakraborty, learned Additional Public Prosecutor and Mr. Sourav Ganguly=.

Accordingly, the names of the learned advocates for the State in the aforesaid order dated be read as <Mr. Nilay Chakraborty, learned Additional Public Prosecutor and Mr.

Sourav Ganguly= in place and stead of <Mr. Abhijit Sarkar and Mr. Dhiman Sil=.

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent. 5.

The other portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.
