1. The matter has appeared in the supplementary list under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' for incorporating the appearance of the learned advocate representing the State respondents before this Court in the order dated 1st October, 2024.

2. The name of the learned advocate Mr. Hirak Barman representing the State respondents was inadvertently recorded in the order dated 1st October, 2024 instead of Nabankur Paul, advocate.

3. Be it recorded that Mr. Nabankur Paul, learned advocate appeared on behalf of the State respondents on 1st October, 2024. The appearance of Mr. Hirak Barman, learned advocate in the order dated 1st October, 2024 shall be treated as deleted.

4. The order dated 1st October, 2024 is corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

5. Let this order be read along with the order dated 1st October, 2024.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
