It is submitted by Mr. Samim Ahammed, learned counsel for the petitioner that his client had inspected the case diary, but no case has been registered yet. A formal application was made on 19th November, 2024 to the police with address and phone number of the alleged wrong doers.

Learned counsel for the respondents assures this Court on behalf of his client that due enquiry will be held on the basis of the application and suggestion of the petitioner and further steps in accordance with law will be taken.

In view of the aforesaid, CPAN 63 of 2024 shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

5.

There shall be no order as to costs.

6.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
