Perused the record. Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on file.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has represented that while pendency of the suit, the present writ petition has been filed challenging the letter dated 29.3.2022 before this Court in this writ petition.

While pendency of the writ petition an order of injunction was passed in the civil suit CS 27 of 2018 in favour of the petitioner and as on date no appeal has been filed challenging the injunction order granted by the Civil Court. Therefore now the petitioner's prayer seeking for withdrawal of the letter dated 29.3.2022 in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording his submission this writ petition is closed by giving liberty to the parties to pursue the civil proceedings.

WPA 2833 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly.
