Affidavit-of-service filed today in Court be kept with the records.

The petitioner is serving as an assistant teacher of an aided school. She seeks equal pay for equal work. A representation is claimed to be made by the petitioner before the respondent authorities on 5th June, 2024 but the same is yet to be considered. 3.

There is no proof of service of the aforesaid representation upon the respondent authorities. However a further representation dated 21st September, 2024 is annexed to the writ petition. 4.

On perusal of the same it appears that it is a very cryptic one. Relevant details are not mentioned in the said representation.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by granting lilberty to the

petitioner to make comprehensive representation before the competent authority disclosing all facts, figures and prayer.

In the event such a representation is made, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and the prevailing Rules at the earliest. An opportunity of hearing may be given to the petitioner and the school authority prior to final disposal of her prayer.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
