This Court has recorded prima facie observations in the earlier order dated 9th December, 2024. 2.

Having hearing the learned counsel for the respondent/appellant, this Court is of the clear view that a mistaken impression was given that the earlier complaint of the year 2014 and the civil proceedings between the parties were to the notice of the Investigating Officer and the ACJM concerned. 3.

In that view of the matter, directions contained in paragraph nos. 18, 19 and 20 of the order dated 19th August, 2024 shall stand recalled. The review application is allowed to the extent indicated above.

The other directions in the said order dated 19th August, 2024 shall, however, continue to operate. 5.

The rights of the appellant/writ petitioner to seek remedies against the private respondent/complainant shall remain reserved.

With the aforesaid observations, the review application is allowed and disposed of.

In view of the above, CAN 1 of 2024 shall also stand disposed of.

8.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
