Petitioner renews his prayer for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that there are no direct allegations against this petitioner save and except that the petitioner tried to contact the mother of the complainant. He seeks for grant of anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner.

Learned Advocate for the State, opposing such prayer for anticipatory bail, submits that the victim was put into some illegal activities by two accused persons including

this petitioner, which prompted her to commit suicide. He seeks for dismissal of the application for anticipatory bail. 4.

Perused the case diary and the materials on record. 5.

The statements of the witnesses show that there are allegations against this petitioner along with one other of engaging the deceased victim in some illegal activities. From the Call Details Report (CDR) it appears that this petitioner called the victim. Post mortem report shows that the death was due to asphyxia by hanging, which is ante mortem in nature. The investigation is in progress. Considering the nature of allegations and the materials as indicated above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The application being CRM (A) 752 of 2025 stands dismissed.
