1. The application filed by the petitioner seeking transfer is pending consideration.

2. Learned advocate representing the Commission raises objection with regard to the consideration of the said application on the ground that the selection process by which the petitioner was appointed has been set aside by the Hon'ble Court. The appeal is still pending.

3. Till the service of the petitioner is confirmed, the Commission will not be in a position to consider the said application.

4. Admittedly, it appears that the petitioner is a recruitee of the 2016 selection process.

5. In view of the order passed setting aside the entire selection process of the year 2016 which is, however, under stay passed by the Hon'ble Appeal Court, the

prayer of the petitioner seeking transfer cannot be directed to be considered at this stage.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. It will be open for the petitioner to make fresh application after disposal of the appeal by the Hon'ble Court.

8. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court be kept with the records.

9. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of usual legal formalities.
