The petitioner's prayer for transfer on medical ground is pending consideration at the end of the District Primary School Council, Jalpaiguri.

A representation has also been filed by the petitioner on 23.09.2024 before the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education. The same is pending consideration.

Without entering into the merit of the prayer of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education to take a decision on the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with the relevant rules at the earliest, but positively within a period of ninety days from the date of communication of this order. If the prayer of the petitioner is found acceptable, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the Board at the earliest.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
