Petitioner renews his prayer for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a layman and as such, for issuance of voters card he produced certain documents which was incidentally found to be not in proper form. There is no criminality in the act of the petitioner. He seeks for grant of anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner. 3.

Learned Advocate for the State, opposing such prayer for anticipatory bail, submits that previously, the prayer for

anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court. He seeks for dismissal of the application. 4.

Perused the case diary and the materials on record. 5.

It is found that in an earlier application filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 542 of 2025, the prayer was turned down by this Hon'ble Court on 22nd July, 2025 considering the facts and circumstances of the case.

There is no change in circumstances.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The application being CRM (A) 755 of 2025 stands dismissed.
