1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the police in taking steps in response to the complaint lodged by him.
3. The petitioner approached the Court of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Siliguri and upon perusal of the enquiry report the Learned Court was pleased to drop the said proceeding.
4. I have perused the documents placed before this Court, the subject complaint which the petitioner is referring to, the enquiry report of the police and I am
convinced that the petitioner has not made out any case to get an order in his favour.
5. The police have already conducted an investigation and have given a report against the petitioner.
6. The Court is not inclined to interfere with the same.
7. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
8. Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
