1. The petitioners are primary school teachers seeking mutual transfer.
2. The application seeking transfer was made only on 25th September, 2024 and the writ petition has been affirmed on 30th September, 2024.
3. The petitioners ought to have given reasonable time to the authority to consider their prayer seeking transfer.
4. In view of the above, no order can be passed in the instant writ petition.
5. It will be open for the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Cooch Behar to consider the prayer of the petitioners in accordance with law.
6. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.
7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
