The petitioner alleges that the property has been acquired but no compensation has been paid to the petitioner till date. The petitioner claims to have submitted a representation before the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Coochbehar. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that till date no decision on such representation has been communicated to the petitioner.

The State and the National Highway Authority are represented.

The learned advocate for the respondent authorities submits that the complete copy of the representation has not been annexed. WPA 2086 of 2025 stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a proper representation before the concerned

authority. If such representation is made the concerned respondent authority shall consider the same and proceed in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
