1. The petitioner submits that in response to the complaint of illegal and unauthorised construction at the behest of the private respondents lodged by the petitioner before the Municipality, an order of demolition was passed.

2. Statutory appeal has been preferred by the private respondents which is pending consideration before the learned Civil Court.

3. The petitioner has applied before the learned Civil Court for being added as party respondent in the said suit.

4. It will be open for the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the learned Trial Court.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Affidavit-of-service filed today in Court be kept with the records.

7. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of usual legal formalities.
