The petitioner seeks relaxation of the bail condition imposed upon him to report to the Officer in Charge/Inspector in Charge of the concerned PS once a week till further orders.

In view of the above, the bail condition directing the petitioner to appear before the Officer in Charge/Inspector in Charge of the concerned PS once a week is waived. However, the other bail conditions shall continue. The application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
