Learned counsel appearing on behalf the petitioner submitted that the present petitioner is falsely implicated for some different consideration. There is no incriminating material to indicate that the present petitioner perpetrated the alleged offence.

Learned Public Prosecutor strongly opposed the prayer for bail. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor.

Perused the case diary.

It appears that charge has already been framed and trial is in progress. Allegation is grievous in nature and strong incriminating materials are there. Therefore, we are not inclined to allow the application for bail. Accordingly, CRM (DB) 410 of 2022 is dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
