Perused the case diary.
There are strong incriminating materials against the present petitioners whereas injuries are reported. Investigation is still pending for which custodial detention of the present petitioners is necessary. In light of the above facts, we are not inclined to exercise discretion in their favour. As such, their prayer for bail is refused. The application for bail being CRM(A) 659 of 2022, is accordingly, dismissed.
