The petitioner claims to have submitted an application for general transfer on medical ground as well as on the ground of distance to a school near to the residence of the petitioner before the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education. The grievance of the petitioner is that till date no decision on such application has been communicated to the petitioner.
Without entering into the merits of the claim made in the representation, which is annexed at page 30 of the writ petition, this writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, being the respondent no. 2, to consider the representation of the petitioner which is annexed at page 30 of the writ petition and to dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with a copy of the representation which is annexed at page 30 of the writ petition.
The 2nd respondent shall communicate the order to the petitioner immediately thereafter. The entire exercise shall be completed as early as possible but, positively within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with the representation which is annexed at page 30 of the writ petition.
