By this writ petition, petitioner has made a prayer for direction upon the respondent District Inspector of Schools (SE), Cooch Behar, for consideration of representation of the petitioner dated 1st July, 2022 for approval of his appointment as Group-D staff of Kadamtala High Madrasah.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 2857 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Cooch Behar to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 1st July, 2022 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned

and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
