Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has manufactured birth certificates for several persons in lieu of money. Witnesses in favour of whom birth certificates were issued have implicated the petitioner in their statements recorded under Section 180 of the BNSS. Investigation is in progress. Material available in the Case Diary implicate the petitioner. Supplementary charge sheet is yet to be submitted.

Considering the material on record, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is disposed of.
