Learned counsels for the State and the de facto complainant oppose the prayer.

I have considered the material on record.

The petitioner was entrusted with the management of two partnership firms in view of serious illness of the defacto complainant's husband. Taking advantage of the same, the petitioner appears to have misappropriated more than Rs.2 crores from the companies. Investigation is at a very nascent stage. Material available in the Case Diary implicates the petitioner. In view of the above, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is disposed of.
