1. Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing in support of the revisional application would submit that there are formal defects in the application and as such he prayed for leave to withdraw the same with liberty to file on the self-same cause of action.

2. He also prayed for to take back the certified copy of the order.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid, let the revisional application be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action. The petitioners' advocate on record is permitted to take back the certified copy of the order subject to making over a Photostat copy thereof.
