3. 303 gms. of commercial quantity of narcotics was recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner.

4. Seized materials is commercial quantity of contraband under the NDPS Act, 1985.

5. Consequently, petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

6. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

7. CRM (NDPS) 431of 2025 is dismissed.
