1. The application for anticipatory bail is moved for the second time in a span of one month. The earlier application for anticipatory bail was rejected on 17th August, 2023 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Podder, would submit that the principal accused was arrested and thereafter released on regular bail and the charge against the petitioner is under Sections 448/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code in relation with Jaigaon Police Station Case No. 161 of 2023 dated 14th June, 2023.

3. This Court finds that the accused is stated to be involved in the process of manufacturing fake Aadhaar Cards.

4. Having regard to the case diary and the materials placed before us, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application for anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. C.R.M. (A) No. 768 of 2023 is rejected.
