Prafulla Chandra Roy Mr. Bikramaditya Ghosh ....for the petitioners The petitioners have assailed the order passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Jalpaiguri on September 09, 2024 in Title Suit No. 84 of 2023 whereby the learned Court has allowed an application filed by the opposite party under Section 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The petitioners are directed to serve copy of the application along with annexure thereto upon the opposite party and file affidavit of service on the adjourned date.

The matter be placed before the next available Circuit Bench.
