Present petition has been filed for modification of bail order dated 6th November, 2024 to the extent that conditions imposed upon petitioners regarding reporting the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight may be waived as the investigation has already been completed.

Learned APP for the State has fairly submitted that investigation has been completed and appropriate order may be passed.

Since the condition was only till the completion of the investigation and investigation has been completed, the

direction/condition of reporting to the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight stands dispensed with. Remaining condition shall remain the same.
