...for the petitioner The instant application under Article 227 of Constitution of India is filed with a prayer to pass necessary directions to the Trial Court to expedite the hearing of the suit.

The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit is pending since 2015. The suit is for declaration, permanent injunction and recovery of possession. It is at the stage of cross-examination of PW-1.

The instant application is disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the hearing and disposal of the trial preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

A copy of this order may be communicated to the Learned Trial Court.
